Independent buyer-focused research

About FlawCheck

What they don't tell you before you buy.

FlawCheck is an independent product-research publication founded in 2026. We examine trade-offs, compatibility limits, ownership costs and reasons a product may be wrong for a particular buyer.

Our default format is downside-first: we still report strengths, but we do not allow marketing claims or affiliate incentives to hide meaningful limitations.

What we publish

Research-based analysis

Built from official documentation, specifications, credible reporting, independent tests and owner feedback. These articles clearly say when we did not physically test the product.

Hands-on review

Used only when a contributor has personally used or measured the product. The article explains the test conditions and includes evidence where practical.

Our standards

  • We distinguish verified facts, manufacturer claims and editorial judgment.
  • We link to primary sources whenever they are available.
  • We disclose affiliate relationships and do not sell favorable scores.
  • We correct material errors and show meaningful update dates.
  • We do not claim hands-on experience, credentials or testing that cannot be documented.

Ownership and contact

FlawCheck is independently operated. Questions, corrections, evidence or product-feedback submissions can be sent through our contact page. Editorial questions are handled separately from any commercial relationship.
