Corrections Policy

Effective August 26, 2026

Product specifications, prices and software policies change. We welcome corrections from readers, manufacturers and subject-matter experts.

How to submit a correction

Use the contact page. Include the article URL, the statement in question and a reliable source or supporting evidence.

Material corrections are recorded in our public corrections log.

What happens next

  1. We compare the claim with primary documentation and other reliable evidence.
  2. We correct confirmed factual errors as soon as practical.
  3. We update the visible modification date only when the article changes materially.
  4. For significant corrections affecting the verdict or score, we add an editor's note explaining the change.

Clarifications and updates

A correction fixes an error. An update reflects new information such as firmware, pricing, recalls or long-term testing. Minor style edits do not receive a new publication date.

We do not remove accurate criticism merely because a brand dislikes it. We will revise or remove unsupported claims when the evidence does not justify them.
