Corrections Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
Product specifications, prices and software policies change. We welcome corrections from readers, manufacturers and subject-matter experts.
How to submit a correction
Use the contact page. Include the article URL, the statement in question and a reliable source or supporting evidence.
Material corrections are recorded in our public corrections log.
What happens next
- We compare the claim with primary documentation and other reliable evidence.
- We correct confirmed factual errors as soon as practical.
- We update the visible modification date only when the article changes materially.
- For significant corrections affecting the verdict or score, we add an editor's note explaining the change.
Clarifications and updates
A correction fixes an error. An update reflects new information such as firmware, pricing, recalls or long-term testing. Minor style edits do not receive a new publication date.
We do not remove accurate criticism merely because a brand dislikes it. We will revise or remove unsupported claims when the evidence does not justify them.
